I had a great time!

I enjoyed staying here very much. The apartment was very clean and I felt very safe. The view was amazing and I watched the sunrise every morning. The swimming pool was great. For me, the location was perfect. The bus stop was very close and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes and some great supermarkets which made it very convenient . There is also a great walk to Straits Quay and beyond which I did every morning. l went to Gurney Drive Hawker Centre most evenings for dinner. I explored Georgetown, Penang Hill and Butterworth - all by public transport which was cheap and reliable.I would stay again if I was back in Penang.Communication with Teng Ee was great and I appreciated his advice and suggestions. Thanks for everything!

We were so lucky to get this place, after our first night's accommodation turned out to be a dump. It was with a deep sigh of relief that we opened the door to find a room exactly as pictured in the listing. It was so comfortable to sit on the great sofa, looking out at a fantastic view (watching the cruise ships arrive and leave), and watching literally hundreds of tv channels. Our adult son loved the pool, where he could do laps. I would have liked more cooking equipment, but I understand this is the first time the property has been let and I have prepared a list for the owner of things I think would be appreciated by future guests. The beds were super comfortable. The washing machine was easy to use and everything dried quickly on the drying rack on the front verandah. There is a supermarket literally next door, plus you are only a RM10 Grab Car ride from Gurney Plaza. The only thing I would really have liked was bedside lights but I know lots of people don't read in bed!
