Fabulous hotel in a great location. Relaxed atmosphere but staff really attentive and happy to help. Room allocated was great, spacious and good cleanliness and facilities. Wi-Fi was poor however on both mine and husbands phones. Pool and gardens were excellent, no problem with sunbeds although a lot were reserved before breakfast. Fresh iced water available at multiple stations around the pool which was a great idea. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice, good quality and in a great setting. Would it hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Great room. Very big. Staff was super friendly. Wish the spa was more accommodating do walk ins. And the breakfast rush had more workers to cook for the huge amount of guests constantly waiting on food to cook. Pool was good hard to find a liunge chair. People leave towles on them not knowing if they are occupied or not. Staff should control that issue better.

The hotel was magnificent. We paid a little extra for a suite and it was well worth it. The staff were always so polite and friendly. Couldn’t fault it. If you are going to stay in Penang make sure you stay at the Park Royal.
