ANCIENT MASTER HOUSE - KITESURF PARADISE

Large manor house of about 200 square meters located in the Gulf of Palmas 20 meters from the main beach of Portobotte. Ideal place for relaxation, kitesurfing, walks inside the WWF oasis. In Portobotte there are two kitesurfing schools. We rent the manor house of an ancient fishpond. Recently restored to bring to light the stone walls and the wooden roof, it measures 190 square meters and is spread over two levels. It consists of: large living area, kitchen, two spacious bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms, equipped garden. It is part of a mini condominium consisting of 5 residential units, also obtained from the old fishpond premises. The house is equipped with all comforts: mosquito nets, oven, washing machine, fireplace etc. In the garden sun beds, table and umbrella. The house is located in "Porto Botte", in the Municipality of Giba, a few km from the beaches of Teulada, Porto Pino and the island of Sant'Antioco. It is a perfect location for those who love peace and nature, in the nearby ponds there are flamingos and herons, but also for those who want to reach the most renowned locations in southern Sardinia in a few minutes by car. Also ideal for kitesurfing and windsurfing. In fact there is an authorized area for the practice of these sports and a kitesurf school. Porto Botte is easily accessible from Mameli di Elmas airport and from the port of Cagliari.
