8.4/10 Very good! (1,813 reviews)
The hotel was great and we really loved the location too. We needed a pack and play for our baby and I had reached out 3 time prior to our arrival to make sure one was there for us. When we got there they didn't even know I requested one, and I had to ask 2 times for them to bring it to our room. The room however was spacious, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel!

9/10 Wonderful! (2,825 reviews)
Great location right next to Central Station. Would stay again if in New York. Parts of the hotel are feeling tired. Room was dusty behind units and up high. Aircon went off when it felt like it in bedroom and the baths was old We didn’t have a big walk in shower like other rooms did. Paint work was chipped and walls marked. Nothing a bit of paint couldn’t fix. We didn’t always get milk and sugar replaced in the drink area. But was great having a mini fridge and microwave. We had a suite which gave a family of 3 a great space. There is a tv in the living room and the bedroom and the sofa bed was comfortable.

"We stayed for two nights in October, and it was really nice. The room wasn’t huge but had everything we needed for a short stay. "It is hard to find the hotel, that is located behind a house and garden. A sign should post at the street or next to the bridge with an Arrow .
