Reception staff and checkinall good as was porter at lift One lift not in use one of the other two was decidedly on its way out We pre ordered drinks and snacks for after our concert Drinks were warm and food was lukewarm and felt like it had been cooked some time ago. It definitely wasn’t fresh and hadn’t retained any semblance of freshness. Left most of it. Only preordered because it had been recommended to do so at checkin. Definitely wouldn’t do that again. Breakfast was excellent as was the service at breakfast. Check out no problem and the same lovely member of staff sorry didn’t get his name but he was training checked us out. Would still stay again it’s a perfect location.

We were down from Elgin and drive was horrendous. When checking in, Euan was very welcoming and gave us complimentary drink vouchers and even checked the car in for free, which i thought was a very nice thing to do given the 5 hr journey we had. We were only here for 1 night so never really sampled much of the hotels amenities, however on first impressions im sure the standard of facilities and customer service would be of a high standard.

We had a wonderful stay, again. Room and communal areas were super clean. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.
