Not a hotel, not even a hostel!

As of August 2025 the building is surrounded by scaffolding. Facilities for guests are minimal: no waste bin in the room, the one in the available kitchen is never emptied so is overflowing and constitutes a health hazard. There is not a single mug, plate, piece of cutlery in the kitchen, or cleaning cloth/disinfectant. There is no refreshment available at the property or nearby. If you just need a bed for the night this property is OK, but if you want any more - it is to be avoided

Great rooms

I arrived late at night and Andrew at the reception helped me with my room promptly. The room was well-lit spacious and clean. It had a desk, a bed and a closet. The bathroom was really clean but did not have any toiletries. They provided a face towel and a body towel.

Nice place in the city centre

It is partly used by students but was ideal for a solo traveller. Basic room with en suite but very good value. You want the ritz then pay for it. Friendly staff, very clean with a great location.
