Horrible, avoid. Reception staff ok . Noisy, club nearby blasting till 2am. Maid service didn't bother, room not cleaned, dirty towels. Had to call reception for clean ones. Avoid at costs.

Room was the nicest of all our stay in Europe. Breakfast was good and staff was lovely. Only issue was the cost of parking with no in out services. Very expensive so be prepared.

The hotel is in a great location with shopping and dining options in easy walking distance, Also only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Hot breakfast is good with plenty of options. Staff was helpful and generally friendly. Hotel felt very safe. Hotel and room itself was clean and comfortable. The only issue we experienced was with housekeeping failing to leave enough towels on the second night, and also failed to replace the two glasses in the room which had clearly been used by us. Front desk staff took care of the towel issue, delivering more than enough towels after we reported it. This issue caused me to ding them one star in the "cleanliness" category, but I still give the hotel 5 stars overall.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. On one occasion, none of my towels were changed, and the room wasn't even cleaned or made up. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel. As for breakfast – don’t even bother. If you show up around 8 a.m., most of the food is already gone. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was shocked by their response: “If you don't like what's here, you can go eat elsewhere.” I’ve never been spoken to like that in my life, especially by hotel staff. This place seriously lacks basic hospitality and professionalism, and it's clear that guest satisfaction isn't a priority. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.
