Motel 6 - accommodation in Glen Burnie

The hotel restaurant food was very tasty and the rooms were clean and well maintained. However we asked to have the room cleaned twice while we were there and to have our linen changed and it did not happen during our stay. Also had to beg for clean towels/washcloths and was told one night that they were out of towels and we would have to wait until the morning time, second night towels were being washed and we had to wait for someone to bring them up to room. By time someone came it was after midnight and we were sleep.

Staff was very helpful . Room and property were well maintained. Overall all was great.

The staff was not professional at all elevator went down and guest were not notified. Upon check in called and was told there was early check in so I arrived at the property early only to be told that there was not and had to wait 3 hours to be checked in. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door maids still entered the room. Upon check out front desk clerk was very unprofessional was on the phone having a personal conversation didn't even acknowledge me checking out I feel for the money I paid to stay the service should have been way better. Had to go up the service elevator and walked through the kitchen it was a mess the floor was horrible. Will not stay at this hotel in the future.
