An ok option

Came to Glenwood Springs for the hot springs and to ski. Last minute trip... This hotel was available and convenient since it was in town. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options and lots of seating. Didn't use the pool/hot tub so can't speak to that. Room was clean and served it's purpose. Bathrooms could use some updating. A nicer end motel but still a motel. Felt a little overpriced for what it was.

The staff was friendly the room was clean. The hotel is older but still fine. My only complaint is the queen bed seemed more full size than queen.

Poor customer service. We were checked out of our room that we booked for 3 days after the first night. Even though they sent their maintenence man to see if we were still there. Got back to our room at 930 at night to find we've been locked out with our items still in the room. The front desk was completely rude to both myself and my mother as they were adimant we only booked one night. HORRIBLE

Antlers is a very nice place. The overall facilities and grounds are clean and well-maintained. Rooms are average. Mattress and pillow upgrades would be a big plus. The included continental breakfast was enjoyable with a few options. I recommend for winter and summer stays.

The sinks and tub would not drain the entire time we were there. The room and especially the bathroom was very dim and dark. Some of the lamps didn’t work. The thermostat and wall registers didn’t work. The bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast was OK. We weren’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but we were surprised at how much we were being charged in light of the condition of the room.

I have never stayed at a more dirty hotel. Stains on comforters and towels. Smears/drips on walls. Walls im bathroom were peeling and moldy. Would NEVER stay here again. If we hadn’t gotten in so late and weren’t staying for just one night, I would have found a different hotel.
