We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the setting at the marina is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the on site restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay

Location was great. Restaurant was great. Room service had a lot to be desired. Also the hotel is older and is in need of a remodel. That being said, we had a great time in Gloucester.

This property is very old, although it is kept up, paint, cleanliness, etc. Convenient to get to. Way over-priced, but we were in town for a wedding and also realize that it is high season. High end pricing for a not so high end property. Stayed 1 night.

Great, safe hotel with parking for guests. Beautiful views with quality restaurant on site. When breakfast is available it is excellent. Room was clean with great beds (slept like a rock). Great view of the boats. The only 4 star part of the property is the distance to walk to downtown. Need to drive or Uber. To far to walk but they can't help that. Would stay again for sure!

They were fully booked for 4th of July and could not get me in at the time I wanted before stabdard check in but took my number and called me as soon as the room was available. They were very polite and worked very hard to make me comfortable. Also the in house restaurant is lovely. Breakfast was huge and came in under 20 bucks for a large plate that was delicious.

Outdated rooms and the check in staff was very stressed about the current changes with key locks and this was evident in her short, angry and unprofessional demeanor. Will definitely be sure to not recommend this place for friends visiting the area..very disappointing from start to finish.

My room was in poor shape. The screen on the window did not fit the window, so we couldnt leave it open without bugs comming in. The A/C was filthy. The bathroom shower was pitched to the center so it felt like you were sinking in the shower. The bathroom mirror had black spots all over it. The sink was craked. There is no where in the bathroom to put a towel. The bed was the only good part.

We had a wonderful time. Family , husband and myself had lunch as soon as we checked in. Great food choices. The service was wonderful. We came back in for cocktails the following day and Salvatore C was our bartender. He was very informative of the things that Gloucester had to offer. We enjoyed his information and service.
