The furniture was extremely old and worn out, giving the room a tired and outdated feel. What was most shocking is that the bodywash in the bathroom was clearly diluted with water — very unprofessional and unhygienic. For the high price they charge, I expected much better quality and service. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously upgrade their standards

Terrible property! When we got to the room we opened the door to a very strange smell. Cleaned as best as I could (we had no other choice but to stay there!) we walked into to a very strange room! There were three separate rooms but only one thermostat in one of the rooms that was suppose to be for all three rooms, so there was no way to control the temperature which made two of the rooms very hot and one room freezing!! There was no where to sit except for the beds. Bathroom had a an even worse smell. The smell of urine was very strong! It was not clean at all. There was a tv in each room but only one tv in one of the bedrooms worked others did not! My grandchildren went to the pool and were not there long because they said it was too scary! They felt very unsafe in there! What does that tell you!! As for sleeping the beds were ok no problems there but the noise was awful!!! I don’t think there is any insulation at all & it was crazy noisy all night!! People yelling in the rooms above, across & next to us, not sure what they were doing above us but it sounded like they were jumping on a trampoline!! Kids slept but I did not sleep at all! And breakfast, all I can say is disgusting!! My grandson said the eggs tasted like salmon,the sausages were burnt,the kids were hoping for pancakes or waffles,there was none & one choice of cereall! Do not stay here! Totally disappointed & disgusting! I’ve never written a bad review before but had to do this one!! Disappointed by Ramada!
