Courteous and friendly staff. Property right off Highway 1. Plenty of parking. Dressing mirror in the rooom has no lights. Needs to be relocated to a well lit wall. Decent breakfast options for regular diet-with bonus like masala chai. Access from the back door needs secutity like room key. Breakfast options for vegetarians and vegans are very limited. Request to include cheese, tomato, cucumber. Use of paper cups and plastic cutlery are wasteful.

We stayed three nights to enable our visits to Yoho and Banff. It was clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds and great water pressure. The breakfasts were adequate. Bathroom was dated with scuffed walls, and the tub a bit slippery with no safety rails. The room phone didn’t work and my text to the front desk was never answered. Aside from that, our stay was good and I’d go there again.

Very kind, helpful staff on check in. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy. Breakfast is over at 8:30. Parking is not good if you’re hauling anything like a cargo trailer.

Needed a room due to an extended highway closure. I’m not sure what drives the pricing of hotels in Golden, but they are expensive for what you get. Unfortunately all hotels here are priced high. Hotel was clean which is my priority. After that it is another hotel next to a highway.

The place was run down and needs to be completely renovated. The carpets in the hallway and stairway had stale and dusty smell. Our room was dusty. The room furniture was all scratched up. The washroom door paint was all bubbly and peeling off. I didn’t even want to hang a towel

The room above us was unacceptably loud for hours. We called front desk and was told nothing could be done. We had to leave our room multiple times to get away from nonstop banging and pounding. I don’t expect a hotel room to be whisper silent, but I also don’t expect feral kids to be leaping off furniture directly above my head for hours on end. I couldn’t hear the TV in my own room over the banging. I understand they are a paying customer. But so am I … why are their rights to be obnoxiously loud more valuable than mine to ask for a reasonable amount of noise? I am incredibly disappointed in Ramada.
