Room appeared well maintained and quite clean, cleaner than most motels I’ve been to. Property seemed well maintained and quiet. Price was reasonable for the spacious 2 queen bed room. Only a couple negatives: 1. The shower in our room had only 2 settings that worked, scalding hot or freezing cold, when you turned the knob to where warm should be, the water just didn’t come out, so you had to burn yourself or freeze - there was also no tub stopper so we couldn’t just fill the tub with some of each and have a bath instead. By the time we realized this, we had already had pool time and were trying to rinse the kids off and put them to bed, so it was too late to do anything about it. 2. Expedia lists the hotel as having an indoor and outdoor pool plus hot tub, the company’s website says the indoor pool has been closed since 2022 (which is incorrect because it is currently open) and that the outdoor pool is seasonal. When we stayed there June 26/27, 2025 the indoor pool was functional and well maintained, but the hot tub in the pool room was not functional. There was a separate building on the other side of the property with a hot tub that seemed like it was probably functional, but was covered still as nobody had opened or used it yet that day, but very inconvenient if you want to use both the pool and hot tub because you have to walk across the entire property. The outdoor pool was closed even though it was the end of June already, which is generally considered summer time.

Had bare minimum cleaning. Edges of room and bathroom very dirty. Pillows flat and old. Beds comfortable. Tried to ask questions when we booked in but we couldn’t understand the language and not sure our English was understood.

The bed was absolutely terrible. hard and lump at the same time. It was noisy. not sure why unless it was wrapped in plastic but worst bed ever. TV didnt work. couldn't get it to start then couldnt get the remote to work. then couldn't get it to shut off. Never going back. Told 4 groups to avoid the property and will tell more that commute through the area. Then I went to the office to discuss it the staff told me nobody was there to talk to.

We checked in and found out our car parking spot was taken by another vehicle while we have to park far away from our room. I talked to the staff immediately and friendly give them enough time to deal with it. Unfortunately it seems like if you are friendly to them they will ignore you and do nothing. Terrible service. Also find an empty can behind the curtain and bugs in the hot tub :)
