Cozy and charming apartment with terrace a few steps from the Spiaggetta di Mezzo and Baia Caddinas, in Golfo Aranci.



Casa Flavia is an apartment located on the ground floor of a complex of houses a few steps from the sea and the town of Golfo Aranci and its highlight is the large terrace surrounded by plants that provide privacy and shade for the hottest days, furnished with a dining table and a barbecue. The entrance opens onto the living area, a living room with a sofa, a television, a snack table with stools and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a kettle, an oven and a toaster. The sleeping area features two bedrooms: one with a french bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Not far from the most popular towns of Costa Smeralda, Golfo Aranci is a lovely seaside destination at the foot of the promontory of Capo Figari, known for its beautiful white sandy beaches. Unlike what it might seem, there are no oranges here, indeed the name derives from a wrong translation of the Sardinian dialect "Golfu di li Ranci", which means Golfo dei Granchi. The village extends over a strip of land in the middle of the sea overlooking the Gulf of Olbia, inside a natural oasis home of mouflons and rare birds, ideal for diving and trekking. Scuba diving will allow you to visit the submerged contemporary art museum MuMart, set on the seabed. The submarine Mizar, from which you can admire an “open-sea” aquarium, is worth a visit as well.

This town, originally a fishing village, has had great tourist development and is now full of colorful houses around which you can walk, go shopping and enjoy the local cuisine, especially on the 15th of August, during the seafood festival.

Nearby, do not miss Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baia Caddinas and Marinella beach.



Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the port of Olbia are 23 minutes drive from the apartment while the port of Golfo Aranci is only 3.5 km away.

Lage nahe Stränden, keine Restaurants, Supermarkt 10 min zu Fuß (bergig), vermietet von Agentur

Das Apartment is nahe zu einem sehr kleinen Strand. Nach 1 m ist Seegras, was viele stören wird, für uns wars okay um Abends oder Morgens Mal reinzugehen. 2 schöne Strände sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sonnenschirm mitbringen ist empfehlenswert. Keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Supermarkt in 10 min zu Fuß aber bergig und das bei Hitze. Auto ist hier also sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Elerent E Scooter (wie Lime etc) genutzt. Wochenpass für 30€. Man muss die Dinger aber ganz schön suchen. Apartment nach unserem Empfinden mit 345€ p Nacht deutlich zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Klima im Wohnzimmer, also nachts die Türen ins Schlafzimmer auflassen. Betten klein, Queensize Bett kurz und recht schmal. Dreht sich der Partner wackelt alles. Die Agentur verlangt, dass man vorab seine Passdaten auf die Webseite hochlädt. Sehr nervig. Schlüsselübergabe mittels Zahlencode an Box. Wozu wird dann aber eine Gebühr für das späte Check in verlangt? Betraf uns nicht, aber kommt uns unangebracht vor. Wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen. Die Agentur würde ich wohl auch eher meiden, unpersönlich, hat aber stets und schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Der defekte Duschkopfhalter wurde sofort repariert, wobei das sicher nicht lange halten wird.
