Summary:
Residential complex of apartments overlooking the Gulf of Marinellas a few steps from the seaside in a peaceful panoramic position. It features two storey terraced units surrounded by lawns and gardens. There is a privately operated pizzeria, a small convenience store, and Yoga centre. There is Wi-Fi but it is limited, its ideal for basic web functions and does not universally cover the entire complex. The sandy coves with shallow seabed are 350 mtrs away, bordered by granite rocks and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The beautiful beach of Marinella is only 1 km away with golden sand and turquoise water.

The Space:
(40/50 sqm): living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.

Guest Access:
Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property . Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros
