The “S’Abba and Sa Pedra” complex hosts two beautiful and large swimming pools (one for adults and one for the kids) and is just 2 km from Golfo Aranci centre, 8 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from Olbia (port and airport).
Two sandy beaches are just in front of the complex, while Baia Caddinas beach is also very close, within walking distance (200 meters). It has a magnificent view of the island of Tavolara and a wonderful garden surrounding it.
The apartment is located in the first row and directly overlooks the sea, being on the first floor also, the view is even more panoramic.
It’s ideal to accommodate up to 4 people in comfort with its 2 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area and TV, kitchen fully equipped with oven and dishwasher, and a covered veranda with table and chairs for 4 people. Every room is air conditioned. Pets are not allowed.
N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on 1st May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 30th.
