About this space Recently renovated, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit was once part of an Edwardian cottage which has been converted into three separate residences. With polished floorboards in the living areas, the unit has a large galley kitchen and open plan dining/living space. It’s close to Goulburn’s Town Centre and walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes, Goulburn train station and Goulburn Courts.
The space A sizable front deck leads you into this newly renovated and re-styled unit, with polished floorboards throughout and lovely authentic period features harking back to its original Edwardian architecture, together with modern touches for comfort and convenience.
A roomy galley kitchen has blonde timber-top benches, a four-burner gas cooktop, an under-bench electric oven and fridge, as well as a European style laundry with a combined washing machine and dryer. The kitchen flows through to an open-plan dining/living space with a four-person dining table, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a fireplace with a gas heater built into it. Two stylish red occasional chairs complete the setting.
There’s a queen bed in the bedroom, with built-in wardrobes that run the length of a wall providing lots of space for extended stays. The bathroom has been recently refurbished with floor-to-ceiling tiles, a large frameless glass shower recess and a separate toilet.
