Watts is a no fuss fibro cottage. Just a short walk down the hill to the general store and beach front. A very well appointed old cottage with all the comforts you need for a great stay.
The Space
The 2 storey surf shack sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and self contained space downstairs.
Upstairs is has two queen bed rooms and a 3rd room with two single beds. There is a 4th bedroom off the downstairs games room with a double and a single bed.
The back deck party overlooks the ocean and Gracetown bay and has a table setting and gas BBQ.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
