The duplex is arranged over two almost identical floors, connected by an exterior staircase, and designed to offer comfort, style, and a one-of-a-kind experience. Upon entering each floor, you are welcomed by a spacious, modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Directly opposite, there is a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, glass screen, and wooden window overlooking the exterior, perfectly blending functionality and style.
Each living room, integrated with the kitchen, is designed for enjoyment and relaxation. It includes a dining table, a cozy breakfast nook, and a comfortable sofa bed (150 × 180 cm). In front of it, a 52-inch Smart TV completes the entertainment area.
From the ground-floor living room, French doors open onto a magnificent private garden of over 160 m², with both covered and open areas. Here you can admire a centuries-old olive tree, four lemon trees, rose bushes, and a rich variety of plants.
