This prime location offers the ultimate ski-in, ski-out experience—just step off the patio and onto the lifts of Granby Ranch. In the summer, enjoy unbeatable access to the bike park, right outside your door.
Base Camp One is perfectly situated in the heart of Grand County, making it the ideal home base for exploring a wide array of recreational activities. You'll be just minutes away from top attractions including Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest—all within a 30-minute drive.
Our condo provides comfortable accommodations with three bedrooms: the master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin bunk beds (four twins in total).
