Upon arrival on 6/5 at 1130AM we asked for an early arrival. The "slob" at the desk was rude and awful toward us. (Can't believe this nice property would put someone that looked like her, including the food drooling down her face in front of their clients.) Later when we came back to check in at 4PM, the guy, Andy handled our check in and was great. Our rooms were very nice and they granted us a late check out as well. The property is quite nostalgic and a good place to visit. A big disappointment for my wife is that the TV did not function the entire time we were there and the front desk was of no help. Overall, a good visit, just the couple of issues highlighted were a bit of a bad experience.
