The room was a bit worn down, with noticeable stains on the floor and walls, and there was a chip in the faucet. However, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference in our stay. The surrounding area looked nice and felt safe, and the location was very convenient for our family—it was close to the places we wanted to visit. Overall, not perfect, but the great service and location balanced things out

the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was decently appointed (albeit a pretty stiff bed) but only had sheer curtains and non-sound blocking windows for a hotel on a busy road which didn't lead to very good sleep. At least have a thicker curtain (the only one they had covered only part of the window, strangely) to block out SOME light. Breakfast was generous and pretty good though!

Pleasant Flagstaff Stay in June

Very pleasant three night stay over weekend in June. Check in was quick and efficient. Clean room and bathroom. King bed plus sofa bed - both comfortable. AC worked well. Quiet room on second floor. Hot breakfast was included - scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy, waffles and all the usual continental breakfast items. Outside are two hot tubs, a small pool and free onsite parking. We arrived in early evening and due to inadequate signage, had difficulty finding the hotel and the main entry to register. Signage to guide guests up the hill and a front entry welcome sign is badly needed. Would stay again when visiting Flagstaff.

Clean rooms , nice employees. Great breakfast! my only complaint is the coffee maker in the room is pointless they need to add better ones. However, they offer excellent coffee 24 hours a day in the lobby so problem solved.

The hotel and rooms were clean and had what I needed. Bedding was comfortable and I liked the lighting. Breakfast was also good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Flagstaff.

The receptionist was annoying she keeps telling my kids not to run when they weren't running, this made my stay at this hotel uncomfortable. If tou have kids i wouldn't recommend it.
