I was staying in a room on the 2nd floor. At round 10pm, a new group checked in the room directly above me on the 3rd floor, making a lot of loud noises, including stumping on the floor. At times, the walls were shaking. I called the front desk for help and waited until about 11:30pm. The disturbance was still there. I called the front desk for the 3rd time and requested to change room. The front desk Rep told me that i would have to go on line and book a new room because "my manager is not here and I can't make changes". I was told this even when I asked him if i can pay for the difference to go to another room if the same type of room I was staying in was not available. He basically refused to help. The noise continued until about 12:30am. In addition, hot water pressure was sporadic. Other than the location, there is nothing that I have experienced at this hotel deserved a good recommendation.
