Staff was kind, but our room smelled horrible and it was pretty dirty. It was still dirty and smelly even after asking them to come clean. Pretty disappointing after seeing a bunch of reviews talk highly of this property. It was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was decent.

We brought to the staff attention sewage smell in the room. A young guy came to see it and said he would report it to management. We had to keep the bathroom door closed with the light/vent on to air out. It didn’t get resolved.

we have been assigned room number 121 which is right under the stairs and it's causing a lot of noise to a point my elderly parent is not able to sleep reached out to the front desk for an amicable resolution and all got was a very passive aggressive thanks for letting me know am extremely disappointed at how little they care about the guest comfort and quality of stay
