Beds not super comfortable, but ok for one night. We had a room for pets and their owners and upon walk in the room smelled like pee from previous animals. Please be more thorough in your cleaning. For the price I paid the room didn’t exactly meet my expectations.

Great stay for visiting Grand Canyon

This was a nice, easy stay for seeing Grand Canyon. Close to the Grand Canyon railroad. The beds are comfortable and the room is big enough for 3 adults.

The reason for one star is the fact that when I showed up for my reservation they told me it was for a different date that what I booked for. Somebody made a mistake and it wasn't me. I asked them to move the date that they had since I was there or reimburse me. Neither the property or Expedia wouldn't do anything to help me. They said the reservation was not changeable or reimbursuble . So I ended up paying for that night and lost my original reservation because it was a few days out. Lost over 100$ because somebody made a mistake and neither the property or Expedia don't care that much about their customers.

Nice hotel for the price.

Still one of the best places to stay for the price. However, twice went to the front counter within normal hours and no one was there. Additionally, I asked the room cleaner if I could get two fresh towels only and she did not have any on her cart. These are minimal but can add up and lead to greater issues.

Nice place.great staff

We arrived at midnight with a sleeping child. Front desk put us on ground floor so we didnt have to climb stairs. Then told us to park in the Gold members parking spot as it was closest to our room.

Very rude staff- I’m tired of talking about it. They don’t love what they do obviously and it shows. I left an item. I haven’t gotten it yet. Staff is super unmotivated and could care less. I only stayed there because I had to, but don’t do it if you don’t have to. Ella Raivala the manager is ridiculous. Never there or available. Very condescending. I will follow through regarding service later. Just wanted to get this in now because I received an email reminding me to do it. Bad place. I get having to stay there if you’re passing through and it’s the only thing available but try not to. It’s really not worth it.

The room was fine, other than the tv. It came on but the image was paused and no buttons ‘woke up’ the tv. Turned it off and back on multiple times, to no avail. Called the front desk and was told he would fix it. 40 minutes later no one had showed and the TV still wouldn’t work. I called back and he said, “Unfortunately, I can’t do anything.” and I was given no other options, which was disappointing.
