The property was not as clean as listed. The carpet on the way to your room is dirty, ripped up, and a tripping hazard. No elevators in case you’ll need them. A lot of rusting everywhere. The shower was gross. Our toilet did not work and they said they’ll send someone later without a time frame. While we were there another person came in to complain that their toilet wasn’t working and were told that it would be put on the list. The person visiting asked what they were suppose to do in the meantime and they did not offer a solution. We asked for a refund because it was so dirty we weren’t comfortable sleeping there and they said they couldn’t because we had been checked in already…like what!?! It also smells a certain way, definitely not a clean smell.

When we arrived we washed our hands in the bathroom and it was clogged. I went to the front and was told it's on the list to get fixed. But that he could get the maintenance guy to come if I really wanted. There were six of us so I said I did. We went to eat and came back and at this time the maintenance guy came and opened up the bottom to let water out. He said it would take 30 min to fix it. At this point it was almost 11 so I opted not as I wanted to go to bed. So he gave us a couple of hand towels to soak up the drain water that was going to come out below when using the sink. We found little sugar ants everywhere. The fan didn't work as it was hot so sleep wasn't great. I went to use the shower the next morning and the knob fell off. I addressed this with the guy at the front and he refunded some of my stay. It was more like camping than staying in a hotel. If you have options this shouldn't be one.

I have stayed here often and I am usually very pleased. This last stay was disappointing. I requested a certain room, didn't get it. I couldn't use the tv. It wouldn't come on. The refrigerator did not work and was VERY dirty. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. And when I complained to the girl at the front, all she said was, "Sorry" My next step is to call the general manager.

I asked for a smoking room and I did not get it. They tried checking me in one but it was getting cleaned. They must have had a flood. My room was very uncomfortable to bed, it was very uncomfortable. I had to sleep with my head at the feet. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was just cereal and pancakes. I think it was pretty awful. The coffee was absolutely awful. They did at least give me a $10 discount for my inconvenience. But that's all I will not stay there again. I wish I would have taken photos. One of the main reasons I stayed. There is cuz I wanted to go in the Jacuzzi, and the Jacuzzi was just super nasty. It was so murky, there was no way I was gonna get in it.
