It was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. A little disappointed there was not hot tub but would not deter me from returning. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Never been so irritated in my life

Ive suffered 8 strokes and a seizure since May May 2023. Im partially paralyzed, have full mobility on my left side but very limited mobility on my right side. I walk with a cane and even that is a struggle. Overnight while we were staying there they got 4 to 5 inches of snow. We were parked in the handicapped parking right next to the main entrance. When they shoveled, they pushed alot of snow off the side. Made the snow pile go up and over where my door opens. Just pushed a whole bunch to the front, leaving a huge mound of snow to either to in or try and step across. Also about 11:30 the night we checked in someone sat in their car below our window with the bass cranked for almost half an hour. Over all, was not worth the money.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was ok, not as clean as it could be. No bugs but a lot of dust and grime in corners and along baseboard. The previous person that used the room put their hair all over the wall of the shower and it was not cleaned by housekeeping. I am not usually bothered by hair as it sheds off people constantly and one or two strays are no big deal but there were clumps on the wall, obviously overlooked during room turnover. The breakfast area is small, people bumping into eachother but it was adequate. There were omlettes, sausage patties, 2 waffle makers, cereal, various breads and bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee and tea. Pool could use a good cleaning and the 2 first floor bathrooms were out of order, so if you needed the bathroom while using the pool, you had to go to your room. The beds in this room were atrocious. They were so incredibly uncomfortable, any movement from your bed partner felt like an earthquake and both beds squeeked loudly with any movement, we have stayed here before and the beds were not this bad, so it isnt all the beds. All in all, we would stay here again as all the issues were not deal breakers for us. Also very close to the mall and other shopping

Room was freezing. Bathroom was so cold I could barely sit on the toilet. The heat worked intermittently. The heating unit had to be covered with a towel so the cold air didn’t come in around it.

The hotel was very nice… the gentleman at the front desk was very very nice and helpful The roll was pretty clean the bed was comfy … however the toilet was not cleaned properly there was poop stains on the inside bowl of the toilet

there are major plumbing problems in the bathroom. only lukewarm water. No hot water. The tub does not drain. Toilet lid does not close properly traffic noise. Very noisy heater fan very limited cold breakfast items
