Lack of cleanliness

The room had not been cleaned well. There was a plastic cap on the floor in bathroom. The night stand drawer contained a lighter, dirty Pennie’s, alka seltzer etc. obviously not cleaned. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector- either from previous guest or?

Had to get air freshener due to dampness. Ptac would not shut off when temp achieved. Fridge was frosted over, laundry room was dirty. Disappointed with stay for price paid
