The hotel was clean and beds were good. I would just suggest that you have weighted blankets on hand for those that need a heavier blanket to sleep. I would also suggest that the staff keep an eye on the hot tub and make sure the water be cleaned more frequently.

We stayed one night, and were happy with the quality and price. The only down side was the poor area. It was clean but quite dated and looked a bit run down. The breakfast was was I expected, and filled the void. The front desk staff was training someone so check in was slow, but we didn’t mind. The hotel is located in a central area that’s close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. What we really enjoyed, however, was the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms as well as the continental breakfast and the fantastic staff!! Overall best hotel experience we’ve had in all our visits to Grand Forks. We come every few months for the weekend.
