We offer window units A/C in every room during the summer months to ensure a comfortable cooling experience. In the winter, you`ll benefit from central heating, and we have a few space heaters available for added comfort. Since the entire property runs on one system, close the vent if you feel too hot. Although the property has aged, the recent exterior and interior remodels have made it a favorite among vacation renters seeking an apartment instead of a hotel room.

Welcome to **City Pads**. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

**General Conduct**
Please respect the property, neighbors, and other occupants. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

**Registered Guests Only**
Only registered guests are permitted to enter or stay overnight. Please contact the host in advance if your guest count changes.

**No Parties or Events**
Parties, events, large gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

**No Pets**
Pets are not permitted. Service animals will be accommodated in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and applicable laws. Please notify the host before arrival if you have a service animal.

**No Smoking or Vaping**
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the property. If smoking outside, remain a safe distance from the building and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

**Quiet Hours**
Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 6:00 AM**. Please keep music, conversations, televisions, and other noise at a respectful level.

**Shared Building Courtesy**
City Pads contains separate living spaces. Please respect the privacy of other occupants and do not enter areas that are not included in your reservation.

**Property Care**
Do not move furniture, tamper with safety equipment, or enter locked areas without permission. Report damage, leaks, or maintenance problems immediately.

**Commercial Photography and Filming**
Commercial photography, filming, and professional content production require prior written approval from the host.

**Check-In**
Check-in begins at **3:00 PM**. Early check-in must be approved by the host in advance.

**Checkout**
Checkout is by **11:00 AM**. Please leave on time, return the key to the lockbox, and make sure it is securely closed.

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without a refund.
