We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived until we left the resort we were pampered so much. Positives: The room we had was stunning and was kept to a great standard. Very comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and were willing to go above and beyond to help Good security Good communication between housekeeping Eco friendly and perfect place to stay if you want to be surrounded by nature Negatives: Check in process and checkout process are very lengthy. We had been waiting 45 minutes before our room was ready and we had arrived at check in time Resort is a bit far from main shops and food places etc so can feel a bit isolated. Cinema was unavailable for most of our stay so we were unable to utilise this, which felt a bit like we had wasted our money if we couldn’t take advantage of the amenities and whatever the resort had to offer. Not that many activities for adults to do, rather more to do for children.
