Mauritius accommodation from NZ$248

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities and beach. We found the food very average compared to other 5* all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Europe and the UAE. Only one à la carte restaurant is included on the all inclusive package and was nothing to rave about - would probably give it a 7/10 max. The service again was ok, but have received far better at other hotels. Given that food makes up such a big part of a holiday for us we probably wouldn’t return, but the hotel itself has a lot of potential.

Really great location, good value for money. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. There are also some cute cats around the resort, very friendly. Breakfast has good options. We had dinner once at their restaurant, as we had B&B only but there were plenty options. The desserts are not very good, though. They could perhaps improve on the bar facilities, the cocktails do not look or taste like proper cocktails. Also, during the day, they have only one burger van and ice cream place, which is great, but perhaps, again, maybe like a bar with few snacky options, closer to the beach sunbeds. However, over all, we felt same and welcomed, would come back again 🙏
