One of the glasses in our room when we checked in had a lipstick stain. There are no pictures on the walls of the room - the room was not inviting at all. On our last night there there were guests yelling near our room in our hallway about 2am - hotel staff made no effort to quiet them down.

Even though I had called the hotel saying that our flight had been delayed and we would not be arriving until midnight. Then lady assured me that they would save our room. When we arrived, they told us that they did not have a room for us.

Excellent facility. Close to airport which we needed. Michael, the shuttle driver from the hotel to the airport, was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and safety minded. Snow storm was bad and he drove very professionally. Dinner the evening before was very good; Kari, the server, was excellent. Will stay here again.
