Everything was good, with the exception that the room was very cold when I arrived. It was 16 degrees and it took over 2 hours for it to warm up to a comfortable temperature. Would be nice if they put the heat up to 20 a couple hours before a guest arrives.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Everything very clean. Staff efficient and polite. Can’t beat the amenities and the underground heated parking. Dino g and lounge closed for Christmas but no problem as there was an area we were able to gather when we ordered in.

I had a great day at the Delta location is perfect close to the airport shopping and restaurants, the rooms were clean. The staff was excellent. I really enjoyed the restaurant. Lots of variety of food and daily specials. Prices were really good. The underground parking was really nice a great place to stay if you're in Grand Prairie.

The staff is friendly… it’s been about 3 years since I’ve stayed here and our room was not what is pictured…. We asked for a standard king room and the tv is like a mile away from the bed. Kind of odd and a weird set up and a little disappointed the room also is carpet and that is kind of dirty as well.
