Comfortable enough, but could use cleaned

Our experience just wasn't the best...waited a full 10 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. Breakfast was yogurt or waffles, but coffee was a welcomed friend. Just a bit run down and definitely would say third floor halls need a very thorough vacuum. Had to set coffee down on carpet outside my room to get in and there were so many crumbs and just filth of fingernail clippings, ewwwww....

This hotel was discustion . We did not arrive until 1130 at night after driving over 1900 miles. If we were not so tired we would have found a new hotel that night. The next morning we checked and and went someplace that was so much better and it was cheaper. The hotel dont refund your money either. Would not recommend this place.

I booked two nights and only stayed one. It's not in the greatest part of town. It was dirty, especially in the common areas. My room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't comfortable either.

When I had a horrible experience at Ocala Cove Motel down the street (avoid this one at all costs), the friendly staff at Comfort Inn took me in. They provided a safe friendly environment that the Cove Motel did not. Breakfast was wonderful, bed was very comfortable, and after a very long day of driving and fighting the owner at that other motel, Comfort Inn was a much needed place to sleep. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

Not so QUALITY INN

Floors were dirty and sticky. Bathroom fan smelt like weed. Ceiling had water stains and signs of repair. Most the way around room bottom of walls had wall paper loose from water damage. Small bench was extremely stained. Desk chair was stained or painted on. When entering the room there was heavy musky smell.

The front desk people were very nice. The overall hotel was not a place I would stay at again. There is a weird smell in the hallways as you go to the room. The room itself was fine, but the hallway was stinky. There is a consistent smell of weed on the main floor. There are lots of unfixed wholes in the wall and unfinished paint cover ups.

I believe the courtesy of the staff should be recognized, therefore its 2 stars instead of zero. Parking was full, had to street park (um hello pickups with hitched trailers in the parking lot, thanks!), black hairs on toilet that were not mine, visible mold, cracked mirror door, crack below shower head, ruined cushion, broken lock (thankfully it was the extra), broken curtain and valence, dirty floors, and everyone's favorite: black hair attached to my sheet when pulling covers back. Dirty hallway, dirty floors so overall uncleaniness. One entrance was broken on the north making it completely inaccessible. "Free breakfast" if you only like cereal, waffles, yogurt or bread products. Cherry on top is trains to hear! For this price absolutely find somewhere else. It is not worth it.

Dirty, smells like cat pee & weed everywhere. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly so we asked to move rooms the lady at the front desk seemed like it was a big inconvenience but eventually moved us. Our new room had trash and pills on the floor.

The room was cold. Heater would only throw out cool air. Cranked it up to 90 still cool air. Out side the temp was close to zero. Also the hair dryer did not work. The coils would get hot but would not blow any air.

This place is temporary housing for many people, not a conference center. It appears the restaurant and conference areas are closed off. Carpet, sheetrock, paint, all need redone. Smells like fabuloso cleaner and cigarettes throughout. Avoid this place
