Not as nice as it appears. Rooms are noisy, you can hear everything next door. Monthly low rates so lots of not so great characters. The children next door to me were up at all hours (until 3 am) screaming and watching TV loudly. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff was super friendly and the workout room was great. Also good location which is why I gave 2 stars and not 1.

The front desk lady was very nice. However the room had a horrible bed. But what made me not stay there was the bathroom. The shower had human hair and a yellow film around the shower drain. When I called and spoke to the front desk lady she was very understanding and was ok with me leaving. Currently awaiting for a refund from this hotel.

My 9 day stay I killed a total of 11 bugs in my room. Upon arriving at my assigned room the smell of burnt frying oil was there the entire stay. Bought two air fresheners to help with the smell. As many stays that I've been there I thought I'd be treated a little better.

This property is very clean and in a great area BUT…I’ve eaten pancakes thicker than the provided pillows and the queen bed, while comfortable, squeaked like a cheap $30 metal bed frame from Dollar General! I traveled alone so it’s not what you’re thinking. It would squeak when I even slightly rolled over in the bed. Also, the walls were so thin, I heard the whole conversation of the people adjacent to me. He needed to “get up so he could take a shower if he was going to be at work on time!” And, apparently, there was a dance troop of 15 toddlers in the room above me that all had to use the bathroom at 4:00am and again at 6:00am because all 30 of their feet were running and jumping in the room directly above me. Also, I was brushing my teeth and as I turned the faucet on, it came off in my hand. You have to pay $2 extra for all bath towels and wash rags aside from the one per person they give you. I had a floor towel, one bath towel and a wash rag. Not even a hand towel to dry my hands after washing. There is 1 bar of soap. No other toiletries. There is a full kitchen but no dish soap or dish rags. This is the “cheapest” hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I don’t mean monetarily, as I paid $207 a night to stay here. Bet I won’t stay in this chain again!!

Great place to stay. These are suites with small kitchens so no breakfast. They also dont have any shampoo or conditioner so bring some.

The room was very clean. The heater/air conditioner was very quiet and the TV worked first time which hasn't always happened in other places we have stayed. It was very quiet and the clerk at the counter was very informative.
