This was my first time at a resort and needless to say it did not disappoint. I don't know where to begin with this review because everything was phenomenal. The rooms are huge and very clean, no problems with that at all. There are so many pools and the water is always clean, the beach was very nice. I think my favorite part of the stay was the staff and how amazing every one is. Everyone is extremely friendly and they do everything TOP NOTCH. This vacation was a big deal for me because I was proposing to my girlfriend and OSHIN helped me for months plan the whole thing and the people that made and set up everything also did an amazing job. I proposed on dream island and it was perfect, exactly how I wanted it to be. After that we had a candlelight dinner on the beach and that was set up very beautifully as well. So many bars, and so many different drinks to try. I recommend you get yourself a BOB MARLEY. Events they have set up are very fun and there's always something going on. I cant name one bad thing about this resort, for the price its very nice!

Resort is the absolute best. Brand new everything. Room was very modern and the resort is very modern, hottub jacuzzi right on the balcony ann bottom rooms had walk out pools which were stunning. I was on the adult side which was very private and not packed at all. More excitement is on the family side which is 5 min walk right across on the beach. Excellent staff allnaround and security onsite in every corner. Food was regular resort style food. Was good no complaints. Restaurants were amazing especially jamrock restaurant food was very authentic. Ricks cafe is 20 min away and is a must go. Overall the resort was excellent and will definitely be my number 1 choice.

AMAZING. I traveled solo and I felt safe the whole trip. There are travel guides in the main lobby and they’re SO convenient when it comes to having a ride to different excursions or events, and even booking excursions that will have a shuttle bus pick you up. The resort staff is amazing full of life, it’s clean and it’s very convenient for when you don’t want go off the resort. BOOK THEM, you’ll have an amazing time.

Very beautiful resort. However, food and entertainment options are subpar at best. I was unfortunately disappointed. Nadia in the spa is THE BEST! If you stay here, get the platinum club, that’s where the food is good.

Everything was good minus our bathroom we had to flush more than one time for our waste to go down but loved everything else other than that . Beautiful property && great staff .

Overall the resort was ok. Felt the food was not up to par for this type of resort. Loved the swim up rooms but the rooms are very musty smelling. The rugs in the rooms need to be removed from swim up rooms. Our housekeeper was great and most of the staff were wonderful.

The staff at Princess Senses – The Mangrove are uncannily intuitive—somewhere between mind readers and very polite magicians. The rooms are elegant without being self-conscious, the kind of place where even the soap feels like it has a backstory. Facilities are so well-designed you start to question how you’ve tolerated real life for this long—yes, that is a cold custom-made cocktail appearing at the exact moment you need one. The restaurant options are impressively varied; I spent most of the trip in a state of mild panic trying to rank them, and failed gloriously. It’s less a vacation spot and more a gentle reminder that life doesn’t have to be mediocre.
