This hotel was extremely overpriced for the experience and far below expectations. I had a completely restless night due to thin walls and being placed next to the stairwell, where the door slammed open and shut constantly; after being moved at midnight, the second room near the elevator was just as noisy. I did not get any sleep at all, and for the price paid, this level of discomfort is unacceptable.

Hotel is excellent but did not have hot water! Cool showers are not good. They did offer to come fix it at 11pm, but I said no, was even colder in the morning—my son stayed there the next night and had cold water too!

This hotel is amazing and a must-stay if ever in Greensboro. Period. The rooms are uniquely sophisticated and common areas are stunning. Service at every level is impeccable facilities are unforgettable. We had a minor hot water issue during our stay, but we are still coming back for more, more, more at this great property. Kudos to Kayla at Print Works Bistro, Jerry at check-in, Maddox at check-out and Stephen for everything else!

I booked a room for my sister and me to spend a weekend together, and after staying here, I can confidently say the reviews were spot on. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. Our room had a modern, European feel—spacious, quiet, and spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel restaurant served delicious food at a great price. You truly don’t need to leave the premises; everything you need for a relaxing, “off-the-grid” weekend is right here at the Proximity. We definitely plan to return
