The place was clean and some of the staff was great, others were not nice at all. The beds were sleepable,but hard. The whole place echoed. Overall it was a loud clean place to sleep

Horrible customer service

Well considering I didn’t get to stay I wouldn’t know. On my end it showed my correct dates but when the confirmation email went through the dates were wrong. I called the hotel and the person who answered was rude from the start. I explained the situation and was told to call Expedia. I called them and they said they would contact the hotel and get it fixed to the correct dates. When they called they were told by the hotel the system was down and to call back in a hour. Which probably explains why my booking dates were glitched. When they reached back out the hotel had already marked my reservation as a no show and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I lost over 300 because of a system glitch that was out of my control.

This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was also close to shopping and nice restaurants! The only thing a little lacking was the food at breakfast...could use a tad larger selection. But that is a MINOR complaint. We had a fantastic stay!

The customer service was excellent, the area and rooms very clean. I actually felt the 5☆ service. Price was amazing comoare to others around. I was in the area for business.
