The bedroom and the hotel was so clean and fresh. The view of the Eiger from our bedroom was amazing and I never tired of seeing it. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. The hotel had a calm feel. Located slightly outside the town meant that it was a peaceful setting while still being close enough to facilities. I would certainty book to stay at Grindellodge again in I was holidaying in the area.

Our stay at Grindellodge was simply wonderful! The location is perfect – just a short walk from anywhere, yet tucked away in a peaceful area with breathtaking views of the Eiger. The suite was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and cozy bedding. Every detail reflected comfort and Swiss precision. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Waking up to the mountain views from our balcony each morning was a highlight of our trip. It felt like a perfect base for exploring Grindelwald, First, Lauterbrunnen, and beyond.
