If you are looking for an amazing location with top-notch hospitality, this is it. Our family spent 4 nights here and had an incredible time. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the hotel is wonderfully family-friendly. Another major highlight was the breakfast—absolutely excellent quality and variety. Staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and views were stunning. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day out. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of selection. Parking was a bit limited but we didn't have a problem in the shoulder season; free charging station was a bonus. Only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a small fridge and microwave in the room

6/10 Okay

They need insects net by windows and doors to prevent mosquitoes bite, as we had to let them open to get fresh air at night due to how hot it gets—at the point where we couldn’t sleep. Tea/coffee cup in rooms should’ve been in descent quality, not plastic. I guess they’re are selling the Mountain View, otherwise the place is not worth the charges at all. We did like the communication before arrival and drop off at train station.
