Yes, the room was spotless, the front view from the room of the running brook and the sound of serenity were unmatched. The church-view on the other side and periodical chiming of church bells made the stay surreal. Beautiful boutique hotel, well maintained and run by a family with superb connectivity and just few minutes away to Interlaken city-centre, with an awesome array of breakfast. Just a wonderful experience of a lifetime, backdrop of the Swiss Alps with picture post-card look. 100% recommended for a memorable stay.

Nice quiet location

This property is in a nice quiet spot with parking and continental breakfast. Bedroom was adequate, comfy big bed although only a shower in the bath, not able to stand up in shower. Easy walking distance of the village and train station. Wish we had more time to explore the area and would have happily have stayed longer if we were able to.

Basic clean accommodations with continental type of breakfast. Limited English but very willing to help you with any questions. Historic property with older fixtures and furnishings. Very cute area with a beautiful view with surrounding mountains. Easy to get around but transportation tends to close early and taxis are costly. Enjoyed our stay but they serve the same exact breakfast every day. After the 3rd day, it starts to get old. Worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water for showers. Only 10 minute bus/train into Interlaken, bus stop is very close walking distance to property. Hotel is right by the river and you can listen to the river at night- lovely! Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Interlaken.
