New hotel just open 2 weeks ago. Need a few things but overall very nice friendly staff. If you need to stay in downtown area of guadalajara its perfect. They need to work on morning breakfast very limited but free so it's ok.

No air condition broken the room it was dirty the floor also and the bathroom it was looks like it was in construction. They never finishand all the details in the bathroom they never told me about the one elevated to go all the way and and I have to take another elevator to go on one floor and then catch the other elevator to the other floor. It was so confusing they never told me anything about it.

Buena ubicacion y muy buen servicio del staff. Lo unico malo fue el olor del agua era muy fuerte (olor a azufre), y no avisaron con anticipacion a nuestra llegada, siendo que es un problema que hay en esa zona de Guadalajara desde hace semanas o meses. Si hubieran avisado antes podiamos buscar otras alternativas sin ese problema. Ese es un problema de la Gerencia del hotel, no del staff. Lo demas muy bien!

Sinceramente si lo ves en las fotos me pareció bien. Pero fue una decepción que al llegar al lugar nos dijeran que el agua para bañarse salía con mal olor y de color amarillo. Nunca nos avisaron antes de llegar al lugar y hacer cambio de hotel. Un abuso sinceramente. Obviamente nos cambiamos de hotel pero no pareció profesional. Piensen antes de llegar a este lugar.

El agua es azufrada; es decir mal olor, turbia y obviamente no apta para lavarte los dientes o bañarte sin quedar oliendo a huevo. Es una lástima porque las instalaciones son bonitas, al igual que los cuartos. Tuve que cancelar mi reservación de 4 días a 1 porque el agua estaba muy turbia. Dicen que es la zona pero me he quedado en hoteles dentro de esa periferia y no tienen ese problema. ¿Vale la pena? Dependerá de tu presupuesto o de la tolerancia al mal olor, ya que también el aire acondicionado huele a lo mismo. El estacionamiento está a una calle caminando.

La regadera más o menos, ya que salía el agua en varias direcciones. Tal vez les haga falta un bote de basura en la habitación, ya que solo había uno en el baño. El minifrigobar hay que despegarlo de la pared para que enfríe. Céntrico a 4 o 5 calles de la plaza principal y a unos pasos de estación del metro. El personal súper AMABLE, te apoya en todo lo que puede.
