The WiFi was terrible. Also, my key stopped working every other night and I had to go back to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. The AC just pushed constant cold air so by morning it was very cold. The shower was decent. Overall, I don't plan to stay there again.

Not the place to have a good rest. Good for sports teams or music bands. Close to malls, stadiums and interesting places. Very noisy, the parking is in front of the rooms downstairs. So make sure you get second floor or third floor rooms. Either way you won´t rest because people are going in and out and make a lot of noise talking and running up and down stairs. The restaurant is not good. The maintanance is mediocre. The shower drain dispatch a bad bad odor and everytime you come to the room you sense that odor. We saw small roaches in the room.

Muy mal hotel en este año

Nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación 1 por problemas con el wc estaba tapado 2 por un olor fétido en la habitación y 3 la habitación no estaba 100% limpia, no servia la tv y había plaga de cucarachas en piso y camas yo me hospede hace años ahi y no estaba así se llamaba nuevo real Guadalajara que triste que termino así

La habitación se ve que ya tiene sus años y no le dan mantenimiento, la cortina estaba rota, no servía el aire acondicionado, el control del aire no funcionaba, el baño estaba sucio, las toallas se veían sucias y deterioradas. Había mosquitos
