Room was very clean, the staff did great work at helping my cousin get to the room in a wheelchair. However, I was a little bit disappointed at not having a refrigerator in the room. Other than that my stay was pretty much perfect.

Excelente trato en el estacionamiento. Amé el rico olor en el lobby. Nos encantó la excelente y profesional atención del personal, especialmente los de la recepción. Amé el detalle de las chancletas, el enjuague bucal y los jabones. Las toallas con el nombre del hotel, le dan mucha elegancia y un toque chic. La Junior Suite 1203 está bonita con un balcón, con buena vista. NEGATIVO: la cubre cama tenía una mancha, pienso que no se habían cambiado las sábanas, no olían limpias, se olía a usada. El cuarto estaba bastante sucio, las mesas sucias, nueces bajo la silla, el piso con algunas manchas.No se porque estaba sucio el cuarto. El piso de la regadera se está percudiendo, también el lavabo estaba sucio y la llave del grifo. El balcón también estaba sucio y huele mal. Tienen unas instalaciones hermosas con mucho potencial para obtener un rating más alto. Precioso diseño y material en sus instalaciones, pero necesitan exigir que limpien bien o entrenar para que lo hagan bien. Por último, las bebidas complementarias, eran 2 cervezas o dos vinos. Yo no tomo cerveza y mi esposo no toma vino. Elegimos 2 cervezas, pero hubiera sido chévere si hubiera podido obtener mi vino. Pedimos 2 cervezas y estaban al tiempo. No no las tomamos. A pesar de la falta de limpieza y las cervezas al tiempo, creo que les daría una segunda oportunidad y me hospedaría otra vez. Por favor preocúpense por la limpieza de la habitación 🙏 Muchas Gracias
