Stayind there was great except that on the first day of staying the emergency alarm when off 5 times on the middle of the night. I had a terrible night also the last day of staying the entrance key did not work but it got resolved fast enough by the staff. Nice and clean place to stay thought with nice city view.

We enjoyed our stay at Nido, it was in a good central location and the room was very cleanly. The only downside was that we were told we would be able to check in early upon arrival because we had a 5am flight coming in, but once we arrived we were told that wouldn’t be possible and we wasted most of our first day on the trip. Other than that, everything was perfect.

El motor lobby es incómodo, no hay un espacio donde bajar maletas o niños pequeños. El departamento es espacioso y con mucha luz. Lo peor: malos olores todo el día, particularmente por la mañana, desde los drenajes de baños y cocinas. La recámara secundaria nunca se enfría con el AC. Las camas con colchones un tanto duros y deformados. Hay CERO comunicación con el anfitrión (no hay un número o línea telefónica). El día de la salida se fue la luz y se bloquearon los tres ascensores, lo que me obligó a bajar 25 pisos con maletas, cuna y dos menores de dos años. Cuado quise contactarlos, me contestaron el correo/ mensaje dos horas después. Gracias a Dios que no fue una emergencia médica. Ya que no hay quien te pueda ayudar. Los guardias de seguridad poco empaticos. Los chicos del valet los únicos con actitud de servicio. En general, una terrible experiencia. Departamentos modernos, mal construidos, acabados de mala calidad y defectos evidentes de la construcción.

La habitación/studio está en óptimas condiciones, limpia y funcional, solo hay mucho ruido desde temprano por los coches en la avenida. Me tocó presenciar al personal de recepción discutiendo, sobre a quién le tocaba atender cuando iba a hacer el check out.
