It is so classy and the people working there were very gracious and concerned about all our needs. Beautiful room and beds, a drink upon entry, full breakfast in a lovely restaurant next door, get our taxi and knew them. It was a relaxing gorgeous spot in Guanajuato.

Location! Its the best place with elegance and class. I would definitely stay again and would come for Halloween and dia de los muertos. Wonderful customer service from every staff member. From celeste at the front desk to angel who picked us up and cristian who often brought us water to our room. Not forgetting Noe who took us to san miguel de allende. Did i mention breakfast was delicious? What are you waiting for?
