The property, the castle on the outside, is gorgeous. the grounds are well maintained and the greenery is beautiful. BUT, the inside needs A LOT of work, at least in our room; the bathroom has had some repairs that were left visible & still needs more, the towels were once white but not anymore, the sheets & bedspreads were discolored, the floors were not clean, the furniture was falling apart....so sad because the outside was beautiful and the staff was so nice. Just needs some TLC in the rooms.

The outside of the castle is really beautiful m. But the rooms and interiors are really gross, dirty and nasty. We are moved three times and just one night, the first room have a nasty big blood stain on the sheets, the second room have a lot of hair on the bed, and the last one have a spiders. The only reason why stay that night is because was very late

This property was not ok to stay in. Room was very dirty. Hotel would not refund me due to the conditions of room. Bathroom floors were dirty and shower head. Also curtains were broken and torn. Dressers were broken. Also this property is in an unsafe location. After talking with locals they said not to stay at location. So I checked out and management would not offer refund. The restaurant at this location is horrible. Please don’t stay here.

Unfortunately the property is quite run down. The walls are still beautiful the toilets don't really flush and I would not walk into the shower as base was not clean. Only one restaurant with limited menu and if you would like an beverage with alcohol they had one beer. Beautiful building facade but falling apart.. we left after one night of a 4 night booking. So sad as we were looking forward to it.

Very nice place that needs a lot a up dates, including something to keep the sewer odors to come up, towels looks pretty rough, the beds seems pretty old and little bit comfortable

Las habitaciones huelen a humedad. El servicio del restaurante en cuanto a comida y servicio, es deplorable. Los únicos en el restaurante éramos familia (30 personas), se tardaron 40 minutos en servirnos y nuestra comida estaba fría. Por supuesto ya no regresamos. Estuvimos hospedados del 29Dec al 01Jan.

The places outside the hotel are not properly clean and the hotel is not taking care of the grounds .some of the rooms are very dirty .and the hotel administrator said the price we paid for the rooms with expedia were to low and i believe the hotel decided to give us the low grade rooms
