Mariachi Band all day and Night. BEWARE

Room 404. Faces plaza balcony. Too hot. Beautiful view. Mariachi bands play all night. Very loud till 1 am. Start in plaza at 3p.m. music all day and night. Not so good.

We enjoyed the hotel and the location. Our room faced the street and the plaza so it was quite noisy, the loud music did not stop until after midnight every night and we didn’t realize this until we were all settled in otherwise we would have changed rooms. Other than that nice room.

Hotel without access

It was impossible to get in the hotel do not have access to it and most of the streets are closed I spent more than 2 hours on the car driving around until I give up service told me that they didn't give me my money and the app of hotels.com didn't give me the chance to clarify the situation and neither the customer service phone number is was a nightmare then I didn't stay at the hotel because also the souronding looks dangerous so I left
