BUYER BEWARE! The worst hotel experience I ever had.

BEWARE! Even though it says they have a pool, sauna and gym, hotel doesn't offer those amenities anymore. It was a deciding factor for me during the booking process. Also, they don't have any non-smoking rooms. All their rooms are smoking and the smell is beyond unacceptable. I am allergic to smoke and I had to suffer from that smell 4 days since this was a prepaid reservation and they wouldn't refund my money. I can go on and on on things like room cleanliness, customer service, food at breakfast etc. All of which don't even deserve one star. It's just that bad. There is no WiFi in the rooms too. Carpet is dirty, furniture is super old and beat up, shelves are dusty and bathroom stinks. I am not a picky person at all and don't really have high standards when it comes to hotels, but this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Please, do yourself a favor and find another hotel. I still wonder why hotels.com have this hotel listed on their site. The information is misleading and fraudulent.
