Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The condition was so bad staff not friendly. The room was so uncomfortable dirty disgusting not very helpful at all. Staff are so rude and Elegant, not helpful some cases they raise their voice and shout don’t speak of English have to work with translator they have cheated me with the transport so many timesdon’t So many times
