We had an issue with the room and Natalia the manager fixed it in no time The restaurant staff also very nice specially Julio We recommend this hotel, we have travelled all over the world and this is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We would love to come back.

‏ I stay in this hotel before it was excellent now they have a new management a lot of stuff not working like for example that Jacuzzi they never came to clean our room. We came back late in the room was not clean. I will never come back.

The location, resort, and staff were great. The only down fall is that the bathroom did not have ventilation and the window in the bathroom felt like you did not have privacy, but besides that It was wonderful stay.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We came as a family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We booked very last minute and only for one night but I wish we had been here longer. Excellent location, the breakfast was the finest we have had in Colombia and the waiting staff are beyond attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. I genuinely cannot find fault with this lovely hotel. I would certainly return and I highly recommend staying here.

Large, beautifully designed and maintained property— both landscaping and architecture. Vistas of the water and access to it are excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable. Excellent food and service. Staff was kind and helpful. We did have a plumbing issue in our room. But staff attended to it immediately and fixed it. Proximity to the Piedra del Peñol couldn’t be better. It’s a bit outside Guatape, but readily accessible via Tuk-Tuk.
